Check product availability
To check if a product is in stock, simply visit the product page and enter your postcode in the delivery calculator. This will show you if the item is in stock and the estimated delivery information for your location.

What if the product is unavailable?
Occasionally, a product may be out of stock or unavailable. If this happens, we'll make every effort to source the product for you. If we're unable to source it, our Customer Experience team will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include:
- A refund for the unavailable product, or
- Changing your order to an alternative product, where available and agreed upon with you.
We will always work with you to find the best way forward and keep you updated if there are any changes to your order.
