At times there may be products on the website that are out of stock or unavailable. If this happens we will make every effort to source the product/s, or the customer experience team will contact you to either:
- arrange a refund on the unavailable product
- change the order to replace the unavailable item with a comparable product, as discussed and agreed upon with you.
We keep most of our products in stock, however, if there is anything in particular that you want to check on, for a quick response simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check for you!
