Organise the exchange of your order through the returns portal by entering your order details, and select the product you would like to return. You will then be prompted to enter the product you would like to exchange the item to.
If there is a higher difference of price, you will be sent an invoice to pay the difference. If the difference is lower, you will receive a refund of the difference.
Once you choose the product for exchange, you will receive a separate email with the returns process. For:
Small Items: If you are returning a small item (tapware, showers, spouts, or accessories), you will receive an email with a label from Australia Post or Couriers Please to place on your boxed items.
Large Items: For larger items, you will receive an email from us the next business day for our team to arrange a return.
Once we receive the returned items, we will dispatch the exchanged item.
