Organise the return of your order through the returns portal by entering your order details, and select the product you would like to return.
Small Items: If you are returning a small item (tapware, showers, spouts, or accessories), you will receive an email with a label from Australia Post or Couriers Please to place on your boxed items. Please ensure you don’t cover the barcode, and remove any existing labelling if you are reusing our satchel or box.

Large Items: For larger items, you will receive an email from us the next business day for our team to arrange a return.
Once we receive the returned items, you will receive your refund the same way you paid for your order. It may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
