To link your Brilliant Smart account to Alexa, open the Alexa app and tap 'add device', 'skills', and then search for the 'Brilliant Smart' skill.
It is important that you enter your Brilliant Smart email address and the correct password. Please note that the Amazon account must be set to Australia. If your account is not set to Australia, the skill will not appear.
To change the account location, simply log in to Amazon.com and navigate to the location settings. If you need to confirm which email you used for your Brilliant Smart account, open Brilliant Smart and tap “Me” in the bottom right, tap your account name at the top of the screen, then tap “account and security” and this will display your email address – this is what you need to enter into Alexa.
If the password is incorrect or you have forgotten it, please log out of Brilliant Smart and then use the reset password link to reset your password. Once you have changed your password, you can enter the new details in Google Home to link the skill.
