We will always try to dispatch everything in one shipment. If you have a product that is made to order, everything will be dispatched in one shipment unless requested otherwise. Please note separating shipments may incur a delivery fee.
All orders are priced to include our Standard Delivery Service; this includes all small items delivered from our Sydney Warehouse, large and bulky items delivered by our specialised freight team from your local warehouse. Transit insurance included on all deliveries checked within 24 hours.
You may receive multiple shipments. Tapware, and small items will be shipped from our Sydney Warehouse. Large and fragile items, will be distributed from your local warehouse by our specialised delivery team to ensure a seamless delivery.
