New South Wales (NSW) orders are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse, where small items, large items, and custom products are typically dispatched together where possible.
For Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, and Victoria, large items are shipped from your local warehouse, while small items are dispatched from our main Sydney Distribution Centre.
If your order includes made-to-order products, then any medium or large items in your order may be held and shipped together once the made-to-order products arrive.
