Our drivers are not able to enter a customer's premises without the customer or representative being present. If you would like our drivers to place your order inside your home, we will require someone to be present at the time of delivery. The drivers will not be able to enter a property using a key or access code.
If you cannot be home at delivery, we can leave the items in a safe location. If there is no safe location on site or the ATL has not been approved by the customer, the delivery will need to be rescheduled for when the customer is home.
