Delivery Terms and Conditions

*Exclusion of Baths, Spas, and Solid Timber Vanities from FREE Shipping

Baths, spas, and solid timber vanities are excluded from our free shipping offers as their size, weight and cost occur additional delivery and insurance charges. To save on delivery fees you can pick up from our Sydney distribution centre or we can organise customer pickups in most capital cities for Decina or Fienza baths. Please contact us to arrange.

Standard Delivery Service

All orders are priced to include our Standard Delivery Service; this includes all small items delivered from our Sydney Warehouse, large and bulky items delivered by our specialised freight team from your local warehouse. Transit insurance* included on all deliveries. 

Delivery Times
For an accurate delivery time estimate please refer to the shopping cart page after your postcode has been entered. Please note: if your cart has a mixture of items with In Stock, Stocked by Supplier, or Made to Order times, we will send them in one delivery based on the longest product lead time. Please contact us if you need split deliveries, which can be arranged for a fee.

You may receive multiple shipments. Tapware, and small items will be shipped from our Sydney Warehouse. Large and fragile items, will be distributed from your local warehouse by our specialised delivery team to ensure a seamless delivery. 

Remote Locations 
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub, or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.

Transit Damage 
All our deliveries include insurance. Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for damages as we cannot accept a damage claim outside of this timeframe.

Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance
Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level house only with flat driveways. For an apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive at the site.

Authority to Leave
You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however, please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost, or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.

In Stock Items
Please be advised some In Stock products are of a limited quantity. If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount, our team will contact you and send out what is currently available.

Out of Stock Products
We hold a wide range of stock in our Sydney distribution centre with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised we will call you ASAP after placing your order to find an alternative or work with you on a delivery time.

Free Delivery
Free delivery of products is based on all items being shipped as part of our Standard Delivery Service and may not be included on quotes, trade quotes, or price match requests.

PICKUPS
We offer a pickup option at checkout for NSW customers. The pickup is from Bella Vista in NSW. Once a pickup order is placed we will call you with the product's availability. If we have a product ready for immediate dispatch, you can pick it up the same day before 3.30 pm, or if not, most products are a 3 - 4 day turnaround time and 2 - 3 weeks on custom-made vanities and other made to order items. Please contact us if you need something urgently as we can usually sort out a faster turnaround time if needed.
