Why can't I log into my trade account?

If you're experiencing any difficulties logging into your trade account, we recommend that you try the following steps:

  1. Ensure you are using the correct email to login (check your email for the original welcome email from The Blue Space)
  2. Go to https://www.thebluespace.com.au/ and click login at the top right-hand corner
  3. Enter your email address click continue
  4. A unique 6-digit code will be sent to your email address, simply enter that code and click submit
  5. Once you have logged in, click Go to store (located at the top right-hand corner) and you will have exclusive access to our entire range of designer products from leading Australian brands at discounted prices.

 

If you are still experiencing issues and you can't gain access to your account, please try using a different device or browser to login.

 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear your browsers cookies and cache, if you are not sure how to do so, you can find it under 'help' for most browsers.
  • Try a different browser, we recommend using Google Chrome.
  • Use a private (‘incognito’) browser.
  • Try using a different device.
