We understand that mistakes can happen and plans can change.
In most cases, once an order is completed at checkout, it can’t be changed or cancelled. If your order is still early in our warehouse process, we may be able to assist; however, a $25 restocking fee will apply (some exepctions apply).
For custom/made-to-order items, manufacturing begins 24 hours after placing the order. Because production starts so quickly, we’re unable to make any changes after this time. Please double-check all specifications at checkout before finalising your order.
