Assisted living taps are designed to ensure easy operation. Often the handles are longer, for greater flexibility of operation (with a forearm or elbow for example) for those with restricted movement.
They also usually include larger indicators for visual or neurological impairment so that it is clearer to differentiate between hot and cold.
