Please inspect your goods at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please let the delivery driver know immediately.
If damage is discovered within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us and our team will guide you on sending through photos so we can assess the damage. Due to the nature of our products, which are often stored or moved around, we're unable to verify when or how the damage occurred after this period, making it challenging for our insurance to accept any late claims.
It is essential that your trades inspect goods before installation. Any damage that happens during or after installation is not the responsibility of The Blue Space or our suppliers.
