Once you have dropped off your parcel at Australia Post, it can take up to 10-14 business days to arrive back at our warehouse.
If we have arranged for a courier to collect your large items, it can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive back at our warehouse.
Once your order has arrived back to our warehouse, our returns team will inspect the item/s and your refund/store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
