Once your return is booked, you'll receive a separate email with your return label.
For small items, your label will be for Australia Post. If you don't have a printer, you can ask the team at Australia Post to print out a label for you using the return label we sent you on your phone.
For medium and large items, a member of our After Sales team will reach out to provide you with a return label and retun pick up date.
Once your return arrives at our distribution centre, please allow 5-10 business days for our team to inspect it and process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable return fee.
