At this time we do not offer direct exchanges, simply place a new order for the correct item online and submit a return request for the unwanted item.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Submit a return request through our Return Portal
- Send back the unwanted item to our warehouse.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will proceed with the refund process, deducting any applicable return fees. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
Return Timeframe:
- We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- For items returned within 30- 60 days, you will receive store credit
Return Conditions:
Please ensure that the products are in their original condition, boxed, and unused. Items that have been used or attempted to be installed are not eligible for returns. Our full returns policy can be viewed here:
