At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, the process is simple:
Place a new order online for the item you’d like, and
Return the unwanted item for a refund or store credit.
How to Exchange an Item
Submit a return request through our Return Portal.
Send back the unwanted item to our warehouse (return shipping fees apply).
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll process your refund (less any applicable restocking or return fees).
You can then complete your new order for the correct item.
Return Timeframe
Most products: Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery, provided items are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Special categories: Some products (such as tiles and selected bath brands like Fienza Stone Baths, Eight Quarters, Kaskade & Lafeme) have shorter return windows and restocking fees.
