How do I get a credit?

Organise the return of your order through our returns portal by entering your order details, and select the product you would like to return for credit. 

 

You will then be sent an email for:

Small Items: If you are returning a small item (tapware, showers, spouts, or accessories), you will receive an email with a label from Australia Post or Couriers Please to place on your boxed items. 

Large Items: For larger items, you will receive an email from us the next business day for our team to arrange a return. 

Once we receive the returned items, you will receive the credit in your email as a gift voucher to use on our website.
