Some of my tiles are chipped/damaged, what do I do?

 

Sometimes with fragile items like tiles, there may be a few that arrive with small chips in them. As long as this doesn't affect more than a few tiles, the tiles can still be used for cuts on the job.
 
During installation, there will be a number of tiles that will require cutting, and when this is done, part of that tile is always going to be thrown away as waste; this is why we always suggest adding 10 to 15% wastage to each order. Your tiler will usually be able to let you know whether they are able to work with the tiles that have been chipped or if replacement will be needed to complete the job.
